Exactpro carries out intensive research in test tools area in order to provide best possible recommendations to our clients. Our experience with testing trading systems allowed us to identify a set of gaps in the available open source toolkits.

Exactpro System starts an open source project targeted at delivering a reference trading platforms test harness implementation that can be used as a whole or per component basis by our clients as well as by other companies operating in the industry. The following four components will be delivered during the first phase of the project:

• Multi Protocol Test Framework
• OpenPTH
• OpenME
• Reconciliation Tool

By the end of the year the source code will be published on the SourceForge.
